Mount Beauty Primary School is a Prep to Year 6 co-educational school nestled in the foothills of Falls Creek and Mt Bogong, sub-alpine region of North East Victoria.  We aim to develop lifelong, independent learners and are committed to providing all students with a high-quality, challenging education within an inspiring and caring environment.

Our setting in the beautiful Upper Kiewa Valley provides a stimulating environment where our students enjoy access to natural spacious grounds, modern, well-equipped and resourced classrooms, onset library, art and music rooms and experienced and dedicated staff.  There are five classes:

• one Prep/1 class
• one 2/3 class
• one 3/ 4 class
• one 4/5 class
• one Year 6 class

Our school offers a balanced curriculum with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in core subjects of English and Mathematics, as well as nurturing creativity, communication, inquisitiveness and wellbeing, through a transdisciplinary approach to learning experiences. Students are fortunate to engage in exceptional specialist programs of Arts, French, Music and Physical Education.  Students with learning difficulties are well supported by a range of resources and professionals.  We offer a rigorous and effective Literacy and Numeracy Intervention program for students who experience difficulty.
