Uniform

Uniform is compulsory at Mount Beauty Primary School. Your child will generally be required to wear their school uniform during school hours, while travelling to and from school, and when they are engaged in school activities out of school hours.

New school uniforms may be purchased from the school office during school hours. Summer and winter items, as well as school bags, hats, and swimwear are also available.

The school also has second hand uniform items for sale. Please also contact the school office for purchases. Lost, unnamed items of school uniform, are eventually provided to the uniform shop to be sold as second hand, so please make sure all items of your child’s uniform are clearly labelled. Donations of second hand uniforms are always welcome.

In accordance with our Sun Smart Policy, students must wear a broad-brimmed school hat in the playground from 1 September until 30 April. If children do not have a hat at school when required, they will be asked to play in an undercover area where they are protected from the sun. Children also need a hat for sport activities.
