Book Week, each August, is the celebration of Children’s literature and the important role books play in children’s lives. Students & staff dressed up as their favourite book characters & participate in activities based on books for the day.

When organising your costume please think about the weather and wear appropriate clothing, or bring something more comfortable to change into after the parade.
We also host a book fair in the same week. This is where the Scholastic Book Club catologue comes to life on the shelves at our school. Families and the broader community can come along to browse and purchase books at the school shop. The Book Fair is the fundraiser for the library to help to purchase new books for the students.
