We are looking forward to our Jump Off on Friday 22nd August. We are hoping students are able to exceed our tally from 2023's last Jump Rope for Heart of $4,000.

Along with the skipping ropes, all students also have a Basic Skipping Skills handout in their remote learning packs.  They can work their way through some of the skills listed, keeping track of their progress.
